This privacy policy sets out how the Astley Hall Trust and the North West Handicraft Show (hereafter called the Show) uses and protects any information that you have given when you enter the Show.
The Show committee is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. When we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when entering the Show, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. We do not sell or share any of the data we store to third parties.

- Entry forms: Paper form in a file in the Hall Secretary’s house. It is shredded at the end of the Show.
- Emails on Secretary’s computer.
- Photos on Secretary’s computer.
